Ichiko Aoba is a Japanese folk singer and songwriter. Her main instrument is guitar, on which she composes most of her music. She also plays the piano, clarinet, accordion, and flute. Aoba is known for her acoustic sound and songwriting, which is inspired by her dreams. Over the past year, she embarked on her first tour across North America, selling out multiple dates of the tour. She also performed at the Walt Disney Concert Hall alongside Japanese Breakfast for two sold-out dates.
